What's on your workout Ipod??

What do you listen to on your ipod while working out? I have varied musical tastes,and have lots and lots of songs to choose from. If I am lifting weights it is Metallica,Guns N Roses,etc. If it is cardio,I find 70's disco has a nice high tempo and energy level.

    I love to dance, so I have dance music. It distracts me when I run which makes it easier!

    I actually just bought my very first mp3 player this past summer..lol. I have always been behind on technology. I am still in the process of building up a good workout playlist but I tend to like rock, heavy metal, and fast paced songs for workouts. When I do crunches I listen to Static X's song "Push It".
