sadly but yes. i say sadly because i wear a size 5 and some of my shoes are big now. UGH! kids heels are NOT the same as adults0

Yeap!
I went from a 8.5/9 down to a 7 -7.5! Also need new glasses now :P
This! Just got new glasses myself! I thought I was just getting old eyes, but they actually got significantly better and my old prescription was way too strong.0 -
It's not weird at all, considering tons of people post about their rings being loose on their fingers after losing weight. If your hands can hold extra fat, then your feet can, too!0

I thought I was the only one - I've noticed my feet bones a lot more when I wear my pumps to work now. I like to look down at my feet when I'm walking now thinking, nice feet (and I'm weird about feet as well, they kinda creep me out...not so much anymore )0

I have dropped a half shoe size and pushing a full shoe size and have "gaps" between my toes now. Skinny toes!!! Who knew!?!?!?0
-
Yep, I've gone down about a half size. I was regularly wearing a 9-9 1/2 (which is HUGE for somebody as short as I am, I'm only 5'3"), and now I'm pretty consistently in an 8 1/2. Thank God. Being short with big feet sucks.0

I was a 7 in high school. Then I gained weight and was a 7.5/8 for a few YEARS. So I doubt that was water weight and retained fluids. Then I lost weight again and now I'm at 6.5/7 again.0

Oh this one too! I've lost almost an entire ring size! I didn't even realize my fingers had extra weight on them too lol0 -
Yep. Happened to me too. I used to wear anywhere from a 6.5-7.5 and now 6 is a tad too big. Not complaining, though. I LOVE to buy shoes!!!0

It's not a problem, but a result of weight/water loss. I lost a whole shoe size, my ankles and calves look normal now. I am about halfway "there" and I have lost weight in places I did not know I had fat. My MD is very pleased as am I.
Good luck!0 -
I have lost 102 lbs now but my feet are still 11 inches long, bone does not shrink. However fatter feet will cause you to go up a shoe size so typically you will go down a side and if you we're a wide might go to a medium width. Long ago I wore a 12 W and now 11 M. But my feet are still the same length. What I would give to be a size 10!!0

OMG! I would really love to lose some shoe sizes. Am a size 12/13 right now and it's difficult to find beautiful shoes in such size range.0

Yes. Surely you've seen fat feet before?
I was a size 10. Now, I'm finding those too big and I need a 9-9.5. And, my glasses are loose too, lol!
Losing weight is expensive.
Yay! I hope I lose weight in my feet! I don't like shopping for 10s all the time.0 -
I went from a 8.5 to a 7.5-8.0 when I lost 60lbs.0

I REALLY hope so. I'm a size ten, but I wear size 11 because I like the wiggle room. I feel like a monster with these feet, hahaha..
Unfortunately, I don't really carry fat in my feet....but I can hope... I have long fingers and toes haha0 -
I noticed it, too.0

from a 9-9.5 to a 8-8.50
