I have three large filets of walleye unthawed and I need some fresh ideas on how to prepare them. I don't eat flour (no regular bread crumbs either) and am sick of the usual lemon and lemon pepper combos. Ideas? I'm sure anything you use for tilapia or similar white meat fish would also work.

I love baked salmon with a balsamic reduction. Or macadamia crusted mahi mahi. Or Ina Garten's [flourless] panko crusted salmon is sooo good.

I like to cover mine in a favorite seasoning then put it in a frying pan. I just use some canola spray and throw it on until the fish is done. Very simple and delicious.

Tosca's Keep it Tight Tilapia or Jerk-Spiced Tilapia both can be found on The Eat Clean Diet website. Let me know if you have trouble finding them.
