Sure you can run if you want. There will be weekly cardiovascular, strength training and agility challenges. Plus a story line to go along with each week.
Sounds like fun...count me in!

Am looking for a weightloss challenge, is this just an exercise challenge. I know that the results will be weightloss but looking for an all around challenge to start within your time frame.
This is a weight loss challenge of sorts. But it's not a competition to see who loses the most weight. It's just a fun, interactive game/story that will you give you exercise goals each week. Basically, you will more than likely lose weight as you play! But you will be reporting your weight each week privately to your captain so you can keep track of your progress.0 -

This would be awesome As long as there is not too much emphasis on strength training. As any zombie fanatic would know from Max Brooks, when preparing for a zombie apocalypse, cardio and agility should be your main focuses.
