Hi all I have just found this calorie counting thing and think it is absolutely fab.. i had a baby 6 months ago and as it was my 3rd am finding it very hard to shift the weight this time. I currently go to boot camp for an hours session of pretty tough circuit training, I do this 3 times a week, I coach a majorette troupe and go to my local gym once a week i hope i start to see an improvement soon, or am i always destined to have this flabby tummy ??? I am 33 by the way . what else can i do ??

Hi and welcome to MFP. It really sounds like you are off to a great start already. That boot camp training sounds
pretty intense. Along with the other things you mentioned, it sounds like you have some good variety. Just keeping
track of the food you eat will help a great deal. Just be patient, and you will get the results you want to acheive.
    Good luck to you! BJ:smile:

Welcome! You seem to have a good workout plan in place. Be sure you eat enough! Strange, I know, but you need to fuel your body properly to lose weight.
Here's a thread you should read. It is very helpful.

    You CAN do this!

Hi and welcome on board! I am new to this site too, I joined about a month ago and I love it. I was a weight watcher member for years and found it always a struggle to maintain my weight but with the help of this site I am finding it easier and more easier to stay motivated.

You are already doing all the right things and remember your baby is only 6 mths old and that takes a lot of your time and energy. You should take it slow and steady and all those little llbs will soon add up.

I joined mainly on the advice of my personal trainer who had concerns regarding my sugar and salt intake, so I have ditched low calorie foods and a lot of ready prepared meals and I feel so much better, the tracking helps me keep an eye on the salt and sugar quantities.

I have had 5 babies and never thought I would get my flat tummy back, but ditching the sugar has definatley helped and lots of ab exercises everyday!

Keep up the good work x
