Hi all,

After years of yo-yo dieting with Weight Watchers I'd all but given up until I came across this tool this morning. I'm desparately hoping it can help me shift this extra 20lbs that's appeared over the last couple of years (since I got married actually). Will need all the help and inspiration I can get so please send me it!

    i am also new to MFP and from Hampshire in UK. this site is really great found it as an apps for my Itouch.
