Night time snacking

Anyone else have this problem? I work odd hours,noon until nine pm.While I love having the morning to excercise,when I get home from work I have the munchies! My "lunch" break is at 4:30 so by that time it's been several hours since I've had a meal.What do you do to curb the hungry horrors at night?

    I'm in the same boat. My last meal is at 7pm. I get home @ 11:30 and fight the same feelings. No easy answer. I've just been gutting it out this week, drinking tea and staying out of the kitchen.

    Much bigger/more proteiny breakfast, and sneak some cottage cheese for a snack.

    I try to save something for later in my day. I work 12hr days and eat 'dinner' at 330pm and breakfast is 12hrs earlier. If there is anyway for you to get in a snack after lunch that may help.
  • A little veggies go a long way!
