Surfed the Internet for something totally different and ended up on this website. It is interactive and tells you your daily recommended calories, fiber, carbs, fat, sugar and more.

    Nice calculator. Although it calculates my calorie needs a bit higher than most, even at the sedentary level. Wonder what formula they're using.

    Ditto... It put me at 2900, which is what I'm eating now, but I'm in a bulk mode. But my weight gain seems to have stalled so, hmm.

    It also low-balls protein, but we all know the USRDA for protein is quite low compared to what us "fitness people" eat. :)

    It puts me at 2500 for "Active" and 2850 for "Very Active"... seems about right...
