100 BURPEES (aka Squat Thrusts)
I know, I know... The dreaded Burpees, but they are a great cardio exercise that works out practically every muscle in your body!

Are you feeling *really* inspired today? Try adding a jumping jack in between each one.

Finished!! (100 by doing 4 sets of 25 with approx 2 min break in between to walk it out and bring my heart rate down slightly)
I hated them so much I may just do 100 more tomorrow!0 -
