    Yeah, a lot of "free trials" wind up signing you up for other expensive and hard-to-cancel programs and products (if that's what you're warning about.)

    If it requires a credit card, it ain't free.

    Friend of mine tried these, don't buy into it... TONS of "diet" products. Just watch your calories, no need to diet
