    trying to get there myself playboy. been working out, lifting, cardio, the whole nine yards for about a yr. Actually trying to maintain my weight(185), tighten my core, then grow to about 200lbs. Hard Work but hopefully this site and the people on here provide the motivation and continued progress we all need. dirty_30
