Good Morning! I am currently in search of someone to go along this journey of bettering my health in the great state if Nebraska. I am a 26 year old female around 5'6 and looking to drop at least 70 pounds. I know that this a long slow journey, and I'm not looking for fast results, I just want realistic ones. My main struggle is having the support behind me, unfortunately I come from a family of bad eaters and health conditions that could easily be taken care of by life style changes. If your interested shoot me a message! Heck you don't even need to be in Nebraska!

    Feel free to add me if you would like. I currently live in Hastings, NE but am originally from Iowa. I have been using MFP for over a year now. It has helped. I just started over after being off MFP for about 3-5 months when I moved to NE.
