I TRIED THIS RECIPE OFF OF KELLOGS.COM AND IT WAS DELISH.
2 Medium ripe bananas
1/3 cup low fat strawberry or raspberry yogurt
1 1/2 cups kellogs special k protein plus cereal, crushed
1. Peel and horizontally cut each banana in half.
2. insert ice cream stick into each half. Roll banana pops in yogurt then coat with crushed cereal.
3. Place on wax paper on a baking sheet and freeze for two hours.
4. Wrap each pop individually in plastic wrap for storage up to a month.
5. Let a pop stand at room temp before eating.
EACH POP IS 110 CALORIES, 1.5 G FAT, 10 MG SODIUM, 10 G SUGAR, 4 G FIBER.
