TDEE,BMR,RMR IM SO CONFUSED ADVICE PLEASE?

Hello everyone,
i wanted some advise im a tad confused.
Ive set my MFP to 1200 cals a day,my job is fairly active as in im on my feet alot,walking around,lifting things,buti only work 3 days a week.
I do workout roughly 3-5 times a week and when i do workout i workout at a very high intensity.
Now heres my questions:
Does anybody know a good website to work out your TDEE? As i have had so many different answers ranging from 1500-2500 cals a day.
I do struggl eating just 1200 cals,some days i can do it but am starving then what tends to happen is after a few days/weeks on 1200 i have a massive binge!! I cant help it but i eat everything in site!!
Is this because my cals are too low??
Should i stick with my TDEE? and try burn x amount of calories off my TDEE??
What about the days im not active? which happens sometimes? do i stick to my 1200 cals or my TDEE still?
Im currently at 129lbs and want to weigh 110-115lbs,im only 5ft 1in tall age 33years.
If anyone can work this out for me id be veryu greatful because im so confused now

Also can anyone in the UK recomend a accessorie like the fitbit? i want something thats going to measure calories burnt for my weight etc.0

What david said, or set your account to lightly active and then eat back 50% of your workout calories. The least amount of calories without workouts would have you around 1700 calories. If you workout, you should eat whatever you burn.0

For BMR and TDEE calculation, go to: http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ - very good and calculates in lb and kg, depending where you live.

You don't need one of those, but if you have the money, that is a really good device.
You have about 13 lbs to lose. No matter how perfectly you get your numbers (which, I don't believe needs to be done by a device) it still is more difficult to lose weight when you are already fairly slim. Slow and steady....your body would be happier with that little layer of fat. Be patient. Read those links above - they will be just as helpful as a BMF.0 -

I'm not keen on steppers personally - they can fool you into thinking your doing [enough] exercise where you're mostly just counting your normal daily exertion cals.0 -

What are you confused on? There is either the BMR, TDDE method as discussed or the method I posted for you. Either will work and provide about the same amount of calories. Post exercising, it will be around 2000 calories a day.0
