TDEE,BMR,RMR IM SO CONFUSED ADVICE PLEASE?

Hello everyone,

i wanted some advise im a tad confused.
Ive set my MFP to 1200 cals a day,my job is fairly active as in im on my feet alot,walking around,lifting things,buti only work 3 days a week.
I do workout roughly 3-5 times a week and when i do workout i workout at a very high intensity.

Now heres my questions:

Does anybody know a good website to work out your TDEE? As i have had so many different answers ranging from 1500-2500 cals a day.

I do struggl eating just 1200 cals,some days i can do it but am starving then what tends to happen is after a few days/weeks on 1200 i have a massive binge!! I cant help it but i eat everything in site!!

Is this because my cals are too low??

Should i stick with my TDEE? and try burn x amount of calories off my TDEE??

What about the days im not active? which happens sometimes? do i stick to my 1200 cals or my TDEE still?


Im currently at 129lbs and want to weigh 110-115lbs,im only 5ft 1in tall age 33years.


If anyone can work this out for me id be veryu greatful because im so confused now
