About Carbonated Water...

I have recently quit drinking Coke, which I am highly addicted to. I love the carbonation, so I switched to La Croix sparkling water. I am horrible at drinking just plain old tap water. My question for anyone who knows: Is it okay to replace regular water with carbonated water as your 8 cups a day? Or should I still be trying to drink regular water, too? Thanks for you help.

It's ok to get your fluid intake from any liquid. Tea, coffee, milk, juice, soup, pond water, whatever.0
