    There is a separate page/group for it. I started this week and am on day 6. It's hard at first but as there is a lot of variety I think it will stay interesting.

    i almost ordered it last week and stopped myself b/c of the price and i wasn't sure how many of the exercises were a repeat of what she had in 30ds and rin30. which i have both of.... so i a paused at the moment.

    Its very good because there are 3 cardio workouts and 12 separate strength workouts over 90 days so it doesn't get boring. Worth the money as 3 workouts only repeated gets very boring and this I think is better and apparently harder at the higher levels.
  • Jillian, I have it. It's an intense workout. You need to be dedicated to do it every day for half an hour except Sundays. I however couldn't fit it in every day so I did it when I could. No results doing it just a couple days /week. I hope to try it again. Good luck to you.

    is this harder on your knees then her other workouts. i find some too hard on the knees

    I started with 30 day shred and now I am two weeks away from completing Body Revolution! I love it so much. I lost 15 pounds with 30DS and 20 pounds so far with JMBR.

    Anyone interested in Body Revolution should join the 2013 board

    from what i have heard, it does tend to be a little harder on the knees... however, i have not tried it yet.
