I noticed I can change the nutrients I would like to track. But, is there a way to change the GOAL of a nutrient--for example, I need 1200 g of calcium a day, not whatever they have in there as default. For that matter, I'm not sure what their default is--the 100% -- does anyone know how many g. of calcium that is, for the goal? I could just always make sure I'm "over" the amount they have in as goal, but I don't know what their "goal" is? Help?

Yes. Click on Goals, then click on Change Goals, then choose the CUSTOM rather than the GUIDED option.0

OOPS-of course, I meant 1200 mg of calcium daily, is my doctor's requirement for me. Not 1200 g!!!!:blushing:0

Thanks for this awesome help! Now, if I could just track my Vitamin D (required 3000 IU). But, this is great.0
