Off to a good start...

Hey everybody. I'm reasonably new to MFP. I've been using it for about two weeks, now. It has already helped me to lose almost 15 pounds, which just goes to show how crappy I ate before!

This is the first fitness community I have ever been a part of and I really hope it helps me to stay motivated. I have all the reasons in the world to be motivated, but I have always lost it after a month or so.

Hopefully, MFP will help me push through the slow spots and keep moving toward a healthy lifestyle.. then helps me maintain that lifestyle!
