Incase you didn't know healthy choice now makes frozen yogurt. It is in single serve cups that are 100 calories each. They are yummy and great when your craving a frozen treat like ice cream !

  Tried it... Consistency's a bit off, though.
  
  Frozen cottage cheese, however... Perfecto!
