I'm not a PLUS SIZED WOMAN I'm just a WOMAN

I've been struggling with weight and body image since I was probably 13 (as most girls do I'm sure). It wasn't until recently that the image I had in my head (an overweight, out-of-shape woman) matched reality. In the last year alone I've gained 50lbs. The problem is I'm not even sure exactly how I did this other than Im now in a happy relationship and I'm getting older (so maybe my metabolism is slowing down and my boyfriend cooks unhealthy food?)
Part of my reason for joining this site is a complete lack of knowledge in what im actually eating (who knew there were 800 calories in that pasta?!) And to enjoy the accountability of like-minded individuals. So please add me, I'd love you help you with your journey and I know I could use all the help I can get, because, no matter what I tell myself, I really hate the gym...and scales...and don't start me on pilates. haha.

You can do it my nickname when I was 10 was Big Bertha lol it just has been such an uphill battle- love to eat and hate to work out! This site has been so encouraging for me just in the past few hours. I hope it works for you!! I'm celiac so my body refuses to process certain vitamins it needs and attacks whatever sneaks in... My specialist told me that a gluten free diet doesn't change much except helping you poo better- and I ended up gaining the weight I lost when I went back to eating normally (gluten free products but pasta is pasta)...lol so I'm trying to find a diet that works for me while going through this. I've found so many open food diaries on here and it's been really helpful, so good luck0

Massive learning curve for me too since joining. I never counted calories before and was shocked to learn red meat is EVIL while fish is nearly free! Will add you and look forwards to hearing about your discoveries0

Why not? It is really possible. All you need to do is to be committed to yourself. You need to follow a certain workout routine as well as proper diet. You can also check that video tutorial:
