    The first song on my run track is Florence & The Machine Dog Days Are Over. It starts nice and slow, and builds up pretty well. Just like my work out. I start with a slow warm up and then bam!

    For running it has got to be metal or dubstep (high bpms and I am a forefoot runner so I have to get the feet going faster) I like Skrillex and Bullet for My Valentine for my runs, they keep me pumped and the endorphins rushing. Good luck with your training!
