    I'm 5'10 and began my weight loss journey this summer. It's been a hard road to becoming healthy again, but it's all going to be worth it in the end. :)

    I started at 226 and am currently at 168. I did Nutrisystem for two months and that helped me kick start my weight loss. I then discovered MFP and it has helped me keep on track. :) I want to get down to about 140-145 as my ultimate goal weight.

    I have loved reading all the success stories on here and just felt like sharing mine. I'd love to meet more people so that we can encourage each other to reach our goals! :)

    You look like a completely different person.

    I am the same way... When I am down to my normal weight I don't look like the same person.

    My face gets long and skinny and I have a lot of muscle under this fat and it just looks different. My neck gets muscular... My legs muscles start to show...

    I am very proud of your accomplishments and it pushes me more and more to go tot he gym each day and continue on working out and loosing the weight. You are a very good inspiration.

    Great job :) I use to be 200 lbs and a size 16 I am down to 133 lbs size 5. Its hard work but so worth it!

    You are definately reaping the benifits as it shows. You have a must deliteful smile. Just started using MFP 1-16-2013. I had actually started loosing weight 2 days prior. I am a many time looser of weight several time during my lifetime. But now when you are your 50's it's really a challenge as other issues develop with Skeletor conditons. I am enjoying how easy you able to have a better grasp of keeping track of what you eat. Technology is great.
