Hi there,

I have joined MFP a while ago but after tracking a couple of days I keep falling back into a binge eating routine. I hope that I can start working on my bad behaviours and get this under control in 2013. I do not necessarily believe in new year resolutions, but 2013 has a lot of changes for me (positive ones) and I hope to add losing weight and getting rid of BED as well.

I am born and raised in Germany and would love to meet more people here.
