Second week

Hi all

Just saying Hi!

First week lost 1.5kg.....hooooray

Second week lost...Nothing!

Very frustrated!

    hi :) So was I during my second week. but then I read on here that the second week you are building muscles so even if the scale isn't moving your body is changing-for the better! Keep your chin up. It'll happen :) I'm in week 3 and lost 2 lbs just this week.

    It will happen :) as long as your eating well and exercising you will lose weight and look better, it just takes time, stick with it :) x

    As I kept tracking I began to see a pattern emerge for me. Lose the first week, nothing the next week, lose the following week, nothing the next week, etc. before I started using MFP that second week would frustrate me and I would give up once I figured out the pattern it made me feel better. You will have weeks of loses, nothing, or gains but as long as the trend line is going down your are still on the right track:)
