Good day! I didn't get any joiners yesterday, but I'll give it another try, and hopefully someone will join me!
Todays mini challenge: 100 STANDING CALF RAISES (50 each leg)

Did 10 on the right leg then switched and 10 on the left leg
then 10 from yesterday- tricep ( with bottle water)

Done! I did mine on a step to get more flexion and did 20 with my feet straight, 15 toes pointing in, and 15 toes pointing out.0
