2 weeks down, feeling great!

After yo-yo dieting constantly since the age of 15/16, this is finally working!! Literally, who'd have thought just keeping track of my calories could make such a different. It makes me think twice about having the extra roast potato that I really don't need!
2 weeks down and lost 6.2lbs. Absolutely over the moon. My old jeans are already starting to fit again.

    Well done. I have been logging my calories for a week now and i am down 3.5lb in the 1st week. I am the same i think before i eat now. I look at something and think is it really worth that many calories and then choose a better option.

    Greta Job! I'm right there with ya. I started 3 weeks ago and have already lost 7 lbs. I already can tell a difference in my energy level but have yet to notice the change in clothes. Hopefully I'll see it soon. We can do this! :)
