awesome philly cheese steak stuffed bell peppers

makes 4
2 green bell peppers
4 slices provolone cheese (sliced in half)
1/2 red onion (sliced)
1 small can portabella mushrooms
.80 lbs of deli roast beef
pam
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Pam a skillet, brown onions and mushrooms.
Slice roast beef into strips.
Slice the green peppers long ways, clean out seeds.
Place sliced roast beef in skillet with onion and mushrooms
line the four pepper halves with a 1/2 slice cheese each.
After roast beef warms, equally distribute roast beef, onion, mushroom mixture between four pepper halves.
place remaining four 1/2 slices of cheese on each stuffed pepper.
Place the stuffed peppers in the oven on baking sheet for approx 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is brown.
Approx: 240 cal each
