You're not putting on muscle while in a caloric deficit. The weight/size gain is from water/glycogen retention in your muscles as a reaction to the workout. It will subside after a few weeks.

Relax and enjoy more flowers and a sexier bod. If you took a few days of rest, you'd notice your measurements would decrease thereby proving the above point. Focus on all the other positives you noted as progress.

Don't listen to this. Seriously. Its water retention. I'm going through it now. It will subside I promise. Keep at it! And good for you for lifting!!! :)

And yes, have some more flowers

drink lots of water, watch your sodium, get some good protein after your work outs, and just keep at it. My thighs did get bigger, but they don't jiggle, so I'm down with that. Also, 20 grams of protein at every meal helped me.
Also, make sure you are eating enough. Do you have a heart rate monitor or something to track how much you are burning.

Up your water intake. Your body will then retain less water and that should help that go away.

Since we know women cannot get bulky naturally and while eating at a deficit, I agree it's water. So I'm curious how long it took you to get so hulky and bulky? And could you post a pic of this unwanted, accidentally bulky muscle? Like unicorns in the mist, I just love to see the incredible and unbelievable. I mean, I believe you... but I also believe in bigfoot and aliens. (Which I find both to be more probable than natural accidental hulk women. Just sayin)

When I started working with weights, it took me four months for my body to chill out and actually start getting smaller. Granted, I wasn't tracking my food at the time, but it's definitely tough to stick with something for that long when you see no change. Don't worry about it, OP. Trust the system. It works.

Thank you so much you all are great!!! Its been weeks and I'll keep at it but how long does it take to shrink the water retention? i also drink like 3L of water a day....

it just never took me long to slim down before with just cardio but i was flabby, and its only my thighs with a problem but they dnt jiggle or wiggle and my butt is firmer and rounder.....

I was really paicking but thanks um calmer and more relaxed now thought i was doing something wrong  :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:
