I am looking to make some friends who keep very good track of what they do on their website.

I am looking for ideas to exercise and eat. Also, someone who is very sociableand likes to communicate either through PM or through threads. I just like someone who is active on this website.

When I go to the gym I use a heart rate monitor and when I walk I use the FitBit Ultra to keep track of my steps and miles.

I am currently at 256lbs. I want to get down to 185lbs. I am very big boned so when I loose weight I will never look exactly like my weight. I am just looking for people to inspire me.

I am a veteran of the active army and when I was in the army I was thin. I was able to run 2 miles with no problems. Do 50-70 pushups and situps and I am looking to get back to doing that again. I want to see those accomplishments again.

If you do ad me as a friend please say something in the comment box... let me know something about you.

  • Feel free to add me! I have been on this journey since sept actively log everyday! I take body combat 1-2 times a week, and try to hit the gym a min of 3 times a week. I am a mother of a energetic 5 year old who is now taking soccer so am adding that to my weekly work outs :)lol. Love to motivate and am inspired to push harder when I see the successes of all mfp friend. My diary is open and I believe in honest feedback. Don't like things sugar coated :)

    Add me if you like!
  • I too was active duty and doing the PT test was a breeze. Then I had my kids and got out and now I can barely run my two miles like I want to. And I am not even close to the weight I want to be like when I was active. Anyways, add me if you like. I too, want to be back to my initial army weight (126) and be able to run 2 miles and do 42PU/68SU like before.
