I wanna make real French fries.. Thin r thick I dnt really care lol.. I wanna bake them though .. I'm unsure of how to do this throw your recipes at me seriously I have a pantry full of herbs and a huge baking potatoe .. Come at me bro

You can slice your potatoes thinly season as you desire Dip them in whipped egg whites spread out evenly on baking sheet and spray with cooking spray or I use olive oil in spray bottle (uses less with spray) bake about 400 total cooking time approx 20-30 minutes depending on how thin you slice them halfway thru cooking turn them over . I don't miss the fried ones anymore these come out nice & crispy & yummie because I experiment with different seasoning each time ! Give it a try! Hope this helps0

Baked fries are so much better and way more filling without all the unnecessary cals lol. My question d you cut the potato while its raw in slices or wedges ? Or bake it first lol0

I slice them raw then role them in oil, then bake them. It doesn't really matter what shape you put them in but i just cute mine into chunks like home fries0
