20 min workouts needed

just looked at my diary and i finish the 30Day Shread on the 29th january leaving me with 20 days until my holz to egypt can anyone reccomend another 20min workout i can do for those 20 days as i like adding it on to my running and the workout needs to be available on youtube

I love these style of workouts. They usually take between 12 and 20 mins, but are super tough You can modify them to make them longer or shorter, or target different muscle groups to your liking.0
