30 Day Shred AND diastisis recti, modified ab work?

I'm 10 days into the 30 day shred and just remembered I have a 2 finger wide diastisis recti! WHOOPS! For my last day of level 1 I manually stinted my abs with a band while doing any of the ab work crunches. In 10 days I already feel stronger and have lost weight. I really don't want to stop the 30 day shred. It takes a lot of motivation for me to work out and I really like this video.

I previewed level 2 and 3 and the ab work looks intense with lots of planks. Does anyone have any tips on how to modify the ab work in level 2 and 3 so I can work the transverse abs an try to close this gap.

I have an obgyn appointment in 2 weeks and I am going to ask more about the diastisis recti, although 2 years ago after I had my last baby the doctors did not provide any tips.

My dr is about the same size and I've never had to modify anything.

Ohh because I've read on many websites that doing many ab exercises can actually make it worse, I wouldnt want THAT to happen!

Two fingers isn't that big. When I went in for a consult for a tummy tuck the surgeon said he wouldn't do any muscle repair because less than three fingers isn't a problem. I still have a two finger gap, but you'd never know it to look at me. I have never limited my abdominal workouts in any way.
