Ingredients

2 bananas
1 tbsp. creamy peanut butter

Directions

Peel the bananas, slice them, and place slices on a plate.
Freeze for at least two hours.
Place frozen bananas and peanut butter in a food processor and blend well. Enjoy immediately or freeze in a glass container until solid.

This recipe is perfect for a little treat after dinner now and again because it tastes delicious aswell as being low fat (4.4 grams) and low cal (152 cals) :D

Only just heard of it and thought I'd give it a go xD I put a little low fat cream on mine too.

If you're allergic to peanuts you can use low fat chocolate sprinkles to mix in or anything really! even the bananas on their own are quite nice :)

This is my favourite thing to do with over ripe bananas, I use a soy yogurt in place of peanuts, raspberry is my most loved, gives a lovely subtle fruity tang
