Egg and Banana pancakes!

Just tried out a new recipe that I got from a friend the other day....yummy!!
1 banana
1 whole egg
1 egg white
Mash banana up and add in the eggs, stir really well. Then just cook like you would a regular pancake!

    I tried this recipe this morning too. I added a touch of vanilla, cinnamon and a dash of nutmeg. YUMMY

    I know this sounds like a stupid question....do they taste like egg? I've been hearing a lot about these but I don't like eggs. Just curious....

    been eating these all week! soo good! but i use 1 banana and 3 egg whites and put a couple blueberries =)
