Ideas anyone? 30 Min at home circuit training

Hello, I was wondering if anyone could give me some ideas for 30 min or less circuit training workouts I could do at home? Thanks in advance!

30 Day Shred is great. I also have been following this blog: http://www.blogilates.com/ and using some of their printable workouts. I usually walk/jog/run for 20 minutes before I do them though.0

I have Jillian Michaels DVD's too. I am all about home workouts. I have a treadmill, weights and Jillian. There are some great workout dvd's just find some you like and get sweating! ~Good luck Corina0

Nike Training Club is a great app - full of workouts from 15 to 45 minutes long. And it's free.0

It's weird how often there's a forum question that reflects exactly what I've just been wondering too
I did a search about an hour ago and came up with this - circuit training plans you can use at home using dumbells, resistance bands or just your body weight. You can even mix them up a bit to cobble together a plan of your own using all three. There are links on the page which describe all the exercises too...

It seems that theres's no excuse for my dumbells to stay neglected now or for my resistance bands to stay dusty. I've just been roped into doing the washing up, but I'm keen to take a closer look at the above site and can't wait to see what other answers you get back too. Think I will try this. It's funny how you know all of the stuff to do, but you never really put it into an actual workout for yourself. I also found a trainer on my phone that I am enjoying. It's a free android app with many free workouts. There is an option to unlock everything for $9.99 per year. It's called "Workout Trainer" and it's by Skimble. They have a website skimble.com/workouts, but you have you have the membership to use the videos online.0 -
