I've been seeing a lot of guys out here that are inspired by cover model Greg Plitt. He's pretty damn intense but I've seen some good results along with a decent diet.

Here's a simplified split he does. I worried about over training, but to be honest either I'm not pushing myself hard enough or the timing is just enough that I am able to recover pretty quickly. If the muscle group that I'm working out is too sore I'll usually keep resting and move onto a different muscle group.

What are you guys' thoughts? I'm gonna continue this till the end of March and reevaluate.

Here's the BB link I got for the 9 Laws to a Cover Model Body.

Heres what the basics of mine is:

Monday: Ice Cream Fitness 5x5 (essentially stronglifts 5x5 with accessory work) + C25K if I have the time
    Tuesday: 60 mins Cardio (varies)
Wednesday: Ice Cream Fitness 5x5 + C25K if time
    Thursday: 60 Mins Cardio
    Friday: Ice Cream Fitness 5x5 + C25K
    Saturday: Deep Stretch/Yoga or Rest
    Sunday: Rest

I'm also aiming to do 25 flights of stairs and 10k steps a day on top of that.
