Calories!

How many calories do you all eat do you just pick one calorie and than thats it, ??? Truly i beilve not just having 1 calorie i stick too, I will never go below 1000 and ill never go above 2500 And thats just me,, What about yall?

    I shoot for my calorie goal =/ as close as I can comfortably get.

    Close as i can get to my calorie goal as i have a lot of weight to lose and worry about eating more :(

    I'd gain at around 1700.

    I am highly likely to binge after multiple days at 1200, with exercise.

    Staggering between 1200 and 1550 is mostly doable to me and gives me enough energy to maintain intense exercise 4 to 5 days per week. I cut back to 1200 on my rest days only.

    I always try to stay under my calorie goal. However, there are some days where I'm hungrier and eating more just can't be avoided. Some days I'm less hungry. It all averages out in the end.

    From the beginning I have tried to get as close to the calorie goal MFP gave me without going over. If I'm hungry, I exercise a little more and eat back those calories. The purpose of this site is provide a useful tool for setting calorie goals and making logging easy. I log everything.
