Onederland!

For the first time in about 7 years I'm finally in 'onederland'. I still have about 30lbs to go but I've not been at this weight for a looong time.... V happy and v motivated to carry on.

Starting weight 231lbs (16 stone 7)
Current weight 198lbs (14 stone 2)
Goal weight 168lbs (12 stone)

I'm 5 foot 8 inches.

I won't inundate the forum with pictures mainly because I don't know how but I have some on my profile so add me if you'd like to, especially if you have similar goals to me. I'm UK based btw.

    I added you. I am right now 197 lbs, goal is about 165. So it is similar to yours.

    congratulations! You've done amazing - well done.

    I'm 5ft 8" too and last year got to 197 but then had a bereavement in the family and let my exercise and diet go to pot. Back on it and hoping to be back in ONEderland soon.

    I have very similar goals to you - I am 5'8" and would like to get to around 162lbs (74kg). My CW is around the 237 but started at 254 (yikes). I've sent you a friend request.

    Congrats on your weightloss so far! I'm 5'8 also and my starting weight was 230 and I know how good it feels to be in the 100's! Best of luck to you! Great job! =)
