my itty bitty milestone

Compared to a lot of the success stories on this site my milestone pales in comparison but I can honestly say I'm proud of me. In less then sixty days I have lost 11lbs by eating better and exercising practically every day of the week.

I drink very little soda, as a matter of fact since I've stated mfp I may have had a total of 12oz of soda, at best. I've replaced the candy/sweets urge with fruits and I find that before and after any meal I drink atleast two cups of water and I feel fuller.

I've only eaten out once and that was for my best friends birthday and they all laughed at me when I ordered broccoli because everything else on the menu was 800 Cal + and I had a skinny girl Margarita.

I really feel empowered, like I'm capable of anything, it's like I'm only getting better and it took mfp to help me realize that.

This is just the beginning, there is still more weight to lose and more food knowledge to gain!

    Good job thats is not itty bitty you are awesome!!! Just dont know its okay when the scale starts to move less because so much is water weight because thoes over processed food we all love have a ton of sodium which cause the water retention and leads to high blood pressure and other heart and kidney problems. You are doing so well keep it up beautiful
