Hello;
I started losing weight on April 25, 2012. I started with a goal of losing 100 lbs in 1 year. Here is my progress so far.
Starting weight 307.8 lbs. Starting body fat percentage 32% blood pressure was 160/100. Waist size 48 inches.

Today (January 21, 2013) weight 209 lbs. Body Fat percentage 13.4%. Blood pressure 110/66. Waist size 34 inches.

I can't believe I lost over 1 foot off my waist!

Hey, basically it mostly involves eating simple clean foods. I also did exercise, but it was mostly diet.0
