How do you decide today's exercise?

I know there are alot of people who do not have options or who stick to a specific plan. But I am the type of person who gets bored easily when it comes to exercise. So I have a small library of videos, a gym membership, access to an indoor and an outdoor track, and a small collection of weights and other fitness accessories. {{totally realizing now I have NO excuse for not exercising:blushing: }}

So my question is this: If you like to switch it up too, how do you determine which exercise you are going to do for the day?

    I do whatever sounds fun that fits in my schedule.

    I do whatever suits my mood. Sometimes I feel like a mega-boss, so I go to the gym and crank out some weights and cardio until I feel like falling over.

    Sometimes, I'm really sad or in a bad mood or tired or whatever, so I work out at home. I choose something really fun, like "Just Dance" or "Zumba" or "Turbo Jam".

    If I'm pressed for time, I walk during my lunch break at work (45 minutes) or I do the 20-minute "Turbo Jam" workout. I burn about 200 calories, so it's better than nothing.
