    Welcome Newbie from Wisconsin... Good luck on your goals too!!!! Keep focused, keep tracking and don't forget to eat, eat, eat and if you loose just the sweets it will help you in the long run! (provide you eat sweets) That certainly was my down fall and cutting them out has helped... I only get the sweets from fruits now and not junk..
