How would I know if I'm at a plateau or if my body is saying "no more, this is as low as your weight's going to get"? Anyone go through this before?

If you go 6 weeks with no weight loss, it's a plateau.
Now if you want to break a plateau, set your account to maintain for a week or two, and don't exercise. Once you come back, set it at a smaller deficit, about 1 lb per week or less. Also, evaluate your workout routine. It probably should be changed and should consist of cardio and weight training (I really stress the weight training).0 -
As you get closer to goal, expect your loss to slow down. It took me 8 months to get from 152 to 149, while my body fat has continued to reduce. Be sure to take measurements instead of scale hop frequently. Write the results down. I now only weigh/measure once a month now to preserve my sanity.
If you aren't already, add strength training. I know you are already a runner.0
