15 days in, 98 pounds left to lose. Anyone like me?

I have been here for 15 days now. I have lost 6.2 pounds so far. I now have 98 pounds left to lose. i am 5'9" tall and my SW was 249.2, CW 243, GW 145.
I am 30 years old and a stay at home mother of 3. I currently do 30 day shred everyday and today is Day 5 of Level 2. I also do Leslie Sansone walking DVD's and try to do around 4-5 miles a day. (Sometimes a little less.)
I am trying to find friends that are (any of these):
around my height
looking to lose as much as me
my age
moms (working or stay at home)
doing the same exercises
I am on here everyday, most of the day. I will post encouragement on all my friends posts and I hope for the same in return.
I wish everyone well on this life journey.

Today is day #15 for me. I started off with a total of 88lbs to lose. After the 1st 7days I was down 6lbs. I weighed myself today and my scale showed a loss of 1-7lbs. So Im not sure where Im at right now. I am a 31yr old mother of 1 working full time. Today is day 10 for me of the 30 Day Shred. Im also doing Tony Hortons 10minute Trainer everyday and 40 minutes with Gilad.

I am 33, 5'10, looking to lose about 70 - 80 pounds! I started at 235 and currently I am down to 225. I have been at it for about 2 weeks now...and hopefully getting into a habit of it. I have been going to the gym and using our treadmill here at the house. I am a stay at home mom to 3 kids, but have given birth to 5 kids in 5 years...adding to my weight issues (I was a surrogate mom) Good luck with your journey!0

I am new to this as of today 1/21/2013.. I am looking to lose 100 lbs. I am 5/7 age 38.. SW is 259.. Today is my first day of diet and exercise so I am hoping I can have a great success story of weight loss to tell everyone at the end of week 1. Single mom of 2 children ages 18 and 21. I am currenlty attending college online at home, and looking for employment as well. I am doing the biggest loser on the wii, and I am also doing just dance as a workout. I have a gym set up in my attic and plan to incorporate some walking on the treadmill to get myself in a goal of walking a few miles soon. It is a hard road for me because I have health problems that are causing me to have a hard time losing weight. Right now I am on Phentermine perscribed by my specialist. I am looking forward to finding some new friends on here from either my area or other areas. It is always nice to have others to talk to that are going through the same things as myself.0

I am a stay at home mom of 3 children ages 11 months, 2 1/2, and 4 1/2. I am doing 30 day shred (my second time through it) and I just finished day 2 of level 2! I have about 16 lbs left to lose and I hope to do that by the summer!0

Wow, I am also on day 15. I am also 5'9. I am 43, working mother of 1. My start weight was 228. I am starting small, with small goals that I can achieve quickly. My first goal is 29 pounds. That way I will be under 200! Then I will establish the next goal. I honestly have no idea how much I currently weigh. I hate to get on the scales because I don't want to get discouraged. My exercise consists of daily exercise bike (I'm up to 15 minutes) and I Zumba 3 times a week. Good luck to everyone as you go through this journey.0

I sent you a request. I'm here daily. I'm 5'9", a mom, looking at 140 to lose and I'm here for the long haul. I will warn you that I am flawed. I will make mistakes, I will have bad days. I will not have pitiparties though. I keep an open diary and I comment on my friends updates. I will make suggestions and I will talk about things that aren't diet/exercise related. When I get my knee to a healthy place I will be exercising again but until then all my eggs are in one basket. I log like a crazy woman(all water and even gum) and I will read your diary. If it sounds like something your interested in then except it If not I won't be upset.0

I'm on day 21. I'm 44, 5'8" and in total am striving to lose just over 100 pounds. I lost 40 over the last couple of years, but had a real setback last year and gained 20 back. So I'm starting again and have lost 5 so far (weigh in tomorrow and hoping for great results!). I've got two girls still at home (8 and 6) and am a college instructor. I'd love to be a support and receive some support! It might be nice to start a group (easier to follow than track these threads???) but am a newbie and am still trying to figure things out. I use the 30 day shred, greatest loser, and a couple other home DVDs for working out, and right now am doing so 5-6 times per week. It's hard....but I'm determined.

Single working mom of 5, 3 of them still at home. I'm 36, 5'8 and weigh in at 219. When I started 3 weeks ago I was at 230 so I'm smiling so far! I'm not exercising right now. I make sure I do a lot of walking but my youngest is 1 and I work 9hr days so that doesn't leave much time for actual work outs :happy: I'd love for anyone to add me I think motivation from outside of ones self is a great help.0

Hi!! I would love for any of you to add me. I've been on this journey for a whole19 days now (and proud to say I'm down 7 #'s as of this morning!) I'm a 40 year old mom of 6 who works full time and has a "take care of everyone all the time" attitude - until now - it's time to take care of me first! Diagnosed with Diabetes last year and am ready to get rid of it (and them meds that tag along)! SW223 @ 216 -- mini goals of 10 # each with an overall goal of 180 - most people at 5'8" shoot for the 145-150 to put them at the "ideal weight" but I am going to be super pleased at 180 - then who knows-maybe I'll begin a second leg of this journey...I just wanna get there first! I do Zumba 4x's a week, bowl on a league on Tuesdays and beginning this week I have been walking a mile every morning and completing the mini daily challenges presented by the new group I joined to push me one step further!

This is my third day on the site and love it. I am 5 foot 8 inch and my top weight is just a few pounds short of 300 pounds, yes I do have a large frame but way to big for my frame. Three days ago when started this site I was at 283.5 and now I am 280.3. My goal is to lose around 120 pounds myself, be somewhere around 160 and then see from there. I also do Leslie's video normally fast three miles.
