So I usually eat Walmart's hot wings, non-breaded. Today I went and they were out and have the ranch ones. They look non-breaded. I have seen their breaded wings and they are much larger. I added them to my foods for the day and it says they are 180 calories a piece! I only had four, but that's alot of calories. My question is does anyone know if the stats on here is for the breaded or non-breaded ones? It seems like an aweful lot of calories especially since the hot wings have 200 calories for two.
Thank you!

Ranch dressing is calorie-loaded... I'd guess that's probably accurate.0

I agree with crystalflame...can you find them on the website and see if there are the calories listed there?0

Even the powder?0

I looked at Walmart's deli page. It says the same, but it doesn't specify breaded or not. I did look at the hidden valley ranch site, just the mix, not the actual dressing. It says 0 calories.0

Dry mix has 5 calories per 3/4 teaspoon.0

They must have been drenched in that stuff!0
