So im sitting here in all my exercise gear minus the trainers (im in bare feet) lol

I did day 1 this morning. It was fun but omg was I tired!0

I did my first day in Ripped in 30 this morning while my four month old napped. I felt accomplished after I was done and I'm sure you will too. Have fun!!!!0

I'm starting tomorrow. Husband is home today and I prefer to do it when no one is here to be amused by my suffering!0

I am on day 4, really enjoying it. In fact I got up at 5.30 am this morning to do it as I had a busy day today. Hope everyone enjoys doing it. x0

I started on my Thursday,my plans are doing level one for tens days etc.I do my at night when I get home from our resturant.First couple of days are hard but it get's better and it's worth it.0

Im on day 6(missed one day though cause was out of town) and it is still kicking my butt. I love how I feel afterwards though! What I want to know is did you all move on to level two after ten days? I ask because since it is kicking my butt I was wondering if I should wait a few more days on level one or move on. I know it is important to have muscle confusion but my muscles- forget confusion they are still rejectiing the thought of use! LOL!0

Completed day two today. It is kicking my butt. Oh man I don' think it will ever get easier.
I had waned to do some jogging on top of 30day shred but I just don't think I can handle anything else. Im dying after 20 minutes.0 -
i actually felt better in about half an hour, still had aching legs but feel fine today
its left me worried i didnt do it hard enough
looking forward to tonight so much!0
