    Like you mini wheats but I don't eat the frosted ones. I don't need the sugar being diabetic. Also any good whole grain cereal. I also like the Honey Nut Cheerios but they can be spendy for the name brand. Store brands don't taste as good.

    Oh, I could eat a box of BucWheats dry while watching Saturday morning cartoons! But then, it was no problem to run the calories off since I mowed grass with a push-mower that I towed on my bike all over town to earn my money. $5 per half acre :smile: trimming included!

    Number one favorite then was corn pops, had some recently and it didn't taste the same
    Right now I love plain ol' Corn flakes, without anything but milk on 'em.
    I'm a huge fan of basically all types of cereals, love cereals!!
