Vegetarian to Meat

My name's Kay I piled on three stone when I stopped regular exercise and started eating meat.

It's really hard to get back into exercise. I like the look of Jillian Michaels dvds and was wondering if anyone had tried them and what results they got?

    The DVDs are decent.. especially if you are just starting out.

    I'm not the biggest fan of them but personally I would prefer to use a piece of equipment or go outside for exercise.

    If you would do the DVD and it would interest you try it out. Any exercise will help you lose weight along with proper diet.

    I was raw for 3 months about 5 years ago and lost almost down to my college weight and have put on 40 lbs. since. I'm now trying to find a nice middle ground about 70% raw that I can maintain the rest of my life. I just started using the app 3 days ago and really like it. Good Luck!
