Okay so i just completed my first day of 30ds
i was dying through it, especially the first ten minuets.
However now, after 25 mins of rest i feel fine
still slightly out of breath and my thighs are aching slightly but i thought id feel terrible, ive never really done hardcore excercise before
its left me worrying i didnt do it hard enough to see results

The next day after I did 30day shred is when I really felt it. I've heard that after 5 days that you'll start seeing results, Way to go though.0

Now that you know the recovery is quicker/better than you expected, try to push a little harder next time. The soreness WILL set in, but you should find it gets easier and easier... until you move up to the next level, of course!0

Thanks everyone
Yes my legs are still burning like crazy but everywhere else feels okay x0 -
I used to have a yoga teacher who said "you feel it where you feel it."
When I first started going to spin classes my goal was to get to the end of the class without collapsing, so I did that a few times. Then I realized I could push a little harder at the beginning and did that for a while, and have continued to experiement to find out how hard I can go without collapsing. If you're not used to this kind of exercise it will take you a while to find "your edge" (as my yoga teacher also said) - that point where you can't go any harder without having to stop.0 -
Give it 24 hours. :laugh:0
