This program seems to be different than any I've tried before. I never realized how much protein I eat - I love it. I need to lose at least 37 lbs and at 66 that's like 80 for a younger person. When I was younger I could drop 12 lbs in 3 weeks and it was easy to keep off. Now it goes on in a minute and takes a month of hard work to come off. A friend of mine told me about this site and I'm really hyped about it. Also congrats to the guy whose pics show him losing 80+ lbs - that's an accomplishment at any age. Will try to keep up with all of you. Thanks for being here.

    My protein i found was really low..but my carbs are huge! I always go over but it doesn't seem to make much difference to my weight.
